Alegria is a restaurant serving non-traditional Latin Asian cuisine.
Hailing from one of the hottest dining spots in the Philippines, Alegria has grown beyond its roots as the first sangria bar in Manila. Opened in April 2021, Alegria Singapore is the first international offshoot, an upscale casual restaurant and bar concept situated alongside the vibrant Keong Saik district.
At Alegria, tradition meets modernity in a nuanced and sophisticated approach to fusion. Our menu is primarily inspired by Latin American cuisine (Spanish, Mexican), mixed with a dash of modern Asian flavours.
While we derive inspiration from global influences, the flavours and textures are undeniably local. We celebrate the Asian culture of savouring each meal with good company. Our kitchen reimagines local ingredients and introduces new ways of enjoying them.
The Alegria Experience brings together Latin Asian food and bespoke cocktails with a playful expression that leaves room for discovery. “Alegria” stands for “Joy and Happiness” and that’s exactly how we want guest to feel when they dine with us!
